Accessibility Statement
What we are aiming for
We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website. That is the standard most commonly used to judge whether a site is usable by people with disabilities, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.
What is in place today
Every page has one main heading and a logical heading structure. Every form field has a real label, whether or not that label is visible on screen. Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and shows a visible focus outline when it is. Menus and accordions announce whether they are open. A skip link at the top of each page jumps past the navigation.
Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels. Text and background colors were chosen to hold contrast against the dark palette. If you have asked your device to reduce motion, the photo slider stops advancing on its own and the animations are removed.
What we know is not finished
Several photographs on the site are still placeholders while the client completes photography. Those areas are labeled rather than left empty, but they are not final.
We have not yet completed a full audit with assistive technology across every page. When we do, this statement will be updated to say what was found and what was fixed.
