Privacy Policy

The only information this website asks for is what you type into an estimate request form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the type of project you are planning, and your zip code. We ask for those because we cannot quote a remodel without being able to reach you and knowing roughly where you are.

We do not ask for payment details, identification numbers, or any special category of personal information anywhere on this site.

To contact you about the estimate you requested, schedule an appointment, and follow up about the project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

Form submissions are handled by our customer management system so our scheduling team can act on them. That provider processes the information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.

We may share details with a subcontractor or supplier where that is genuinely necessary to complete work you have asked us to do — a countertop fabricator needs the address to template, for instance. We share the minimum required.

We will disclose information if the law requires it. We will not do so otherwise.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, then deleted. Records connected to work we actually carried out are kept longer, because warranty and tax obligations require it.

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics later — to understand which pages people find useful — this section will be updated before that happens, not after.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 813-956-3810 or email info@godwinconstructiongroup.com and we will handle it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop.

If you give us your phone number we may text you about scheduling. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
