Often, yes. A 1920s cast iron tub is better made than most of what you can buy today and can be reglazed for a fraction of a replacement. Original hex floor tile, where it is sound, is part of why the house is worth what it is. We will tell you honestly when something is past saving rather than talking you into keeping it.
